Building lasting relationships is at the heart of our business–and that’s exactly what members of our sales team do best. The environment will be fast-paced, and we need someone who can lead the breadth of business development and product management responsibilities, who is commercially minded, agile and brings others with them collaborating across ICS and the Enterprise.
This position has the accountability to manage and ensure the product operation aspects are closely monitored, adhere to operation excellence and compliance requirements.
Whether you’re helping our customers get the most value from our range of innovative products and services, or collaborating internally across teams to deliver new solutions, your work can help us become an essential part of our customers’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating data and reports to assist on informative decisions, formulate and execute product and marketing strategies for Asia Cluster Markets;
• Develop efficient report tracking framework for report automatization and effective performance tracking.
• Closely monitor portfolio KPIs and operational dynamics of the portfolio, through performance analytics to ensure business objectives are met as well as optimal use of investment dollars
• Work with International teams to improve the corporate product suite so as to enhance overall competitive positioning
• To support Partnership Manager on sales events, partner events
• Daily communication with existing partners
Qualifications/Competencies:
• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• 3+ years business experience in areas of business development, products, marketing, partnerships
• Business analytics experience and ability to drive data insights
• Strategic thinker, with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and translate a broad set of information and analysis into customer insights, actionable plan and maximize returns for the company
• Strong relationship skills demonstrating ability to influence stakeholders without having direct authority
• Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery)
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail, with competency in Excel and/or other analytical tools
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
