Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

HKT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the full spectrum of warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including manpower allocation and planning
• Optimize warehouse space and ensure all procedures comply with company policies and regulations
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees
• Produce management reports and statistics regularly
• Receive feedback and monitor quality of services provided
• Submit and implement business initiatives for operation and system improvement
• Prepare annual budget

Requirements
• Degree holder in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years' at managerial level in sizable companies
• Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation, ability to work in teams, and under pressure, with meeting tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
