This leading Chinese private bank is looking for a talent in product management, focusing on structured product/ fixed income/ equities, with experience in product launching. You will be joining a team of 6, great working culture will be provided.

As the AVP/VP, Product Management for a leading Chinese private bank, your key responsibility will be to:
• Develop and implement the product roadmap for our private banking product portfolio, aligning with overall business and digital transformation objective
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement of existing offerings
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business lines, technology, compliance, operations, vendors, and regulators to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensure workflow, sales and operational processes are executed effectively with fully compliant manner.
• Actively participate in system enhancement projects and experience in digital projects would be a plus.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, establish key performance indicators and metrics to monitor product health and inform data-driven decision making
• Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to senior management on product strategy and positioning
• Maintain cost budgeting for investment product team

requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in investment/ wealth management with sound project management, preferably in fixed income, securities and structured products
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a great understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the private banking sector.
• Good analytical mind and strong business sense
• Experience in private banking is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position
