Responsibilities:
• Help existing partners troubleshoot any issues they experience
• Be the advocate of our client's technology and communicate to potential partners
• Maintain a professional relationship with key partners
• Provide timely updates and user feedback to support the strategy
• Offsite work will be required for this role
• 5-day work per week; shift duty needed from Monday to Sunday
Requirements:
• Self-driven, responsible, willingness to work in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
• Strong communication skills whether in person, through phone or text messaging
• Fluency in Cantonese is a must, fluency in English is preferred
• Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to users
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Good knowledge of the technology and taxi industry is a plus
