These individuals will be responsible for deriving and executing strategic plans for a well-known US IT brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate team members to ensure order processing functionality.
Make outbound calls to warm customers.
Regularly analyse and report on business status.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in IT hardware and software subscription business is an advantage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Preferred Qualification:
Experienced in B2B sales/reseller for digital products like Adobe, Creative Digital SaaS, Microsoft Solutions
Experienced in digital/tech consulting companies would be highly preferred
Requirements:
DSE graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience preferred.
Good spoken and written English & Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Immediate availability is a plus.
