We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Innovation Project Manager to lead and manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing the banking services and customer experience for the new solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a passion for creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end innovation projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop the business model with the innovative technology in order to enhance the customer journey and experience.
• Conduct market research and complete analysis report for different topics
• Analyse user requirements and collaborate with IT to conduct the feasibility study.
• Design the process flow in the digital platform to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct iterative research on the latest Fintech development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives
• Formulate system requirements and support UAT in Agile environment
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Organize meetings, team activities, events and seminars with external parties
• Coordinate all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experienced candidate can be considered as Manager
