We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Product Manager to take full ownership of delivering high-quality SaaS platform products (core infrastructure, APIs, and scalable systems). You will lead a high-performing team of 8+, driving end-to-end execution with a focus on precision, accountability, and excellence. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on "owning the outcome" and has a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing?
• Precision Project Planning : Develop and maintain granular project plans and product roadmaps. You must be able to forecast timelines accurately based on team velocity and resource capacity.
• Rigorous Delivery Management : Utilize Jira , Lark , or similar tools to implement a transparent progress-tracking system. Monitor every task within the sprint cycle to ensure all deliverables stay on track.
• "No-Excuse" Accountability : Drive a culture of absolute delivery. Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement contingency plans to protect delivery commitments. We value leaders who provide solutions instead of listing external constraints as reasons for delay.
• Team Leadership & Agile Culture : Mentor and manage an 8+ person cross-functional team. Foster a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement, technical excellence, and strict adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Risk Mitigation & Execution : Conduct daily status reviews to remove blockers. Identify technical and resource risks early and escalate issues only when accompanied by proposed mitigation strategies.
• Process Optimization : Continuously refine development workflows, CI/CD practices, and QA protocols to enhance delivery predictability and product stability.
What We’re Looking For?
• Experience : 3–5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, software delivery, or platform engineering.
• Leadership : Minimum 3 years of experience directly leading teams of 5–8+ members in a fast-paced software development environment.
• Certification (Mandatory) : Must hold an actively maintained PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum), DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
• Tool Expertise : Power user of Jira and Lark for tracking progress, generating burndown charts, and managing documentation.
• Mindset : A strong "Ownership" mentality with a refusal to accept excuses. You must be highly organized and capable of managing complex dependencies under pressure.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
