Reporting to: Pinnacle Operations Manager & VP of Benefits and Wellness
Objectives: This role will work onsite within the client’s office to support key data analytics and project management activities related to the Wellness and Benefits department. The Wellness Analyst will be responsible for breaking down complex datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis, providing actionable insights, and contributing to the overall Health and Wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for governance, data processing, vendor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Collate, reconcile, and analyse complex datasets to support business decision-making.
- Use data to assess business processes, identify alternative solutions, and recommend new approaches for wellness and benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain ROI/VOI reporting for Wellness and Benefits initiatives.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly report creation and production, alongside ad hoc reporting as required.
- Collaborate with the global data project team to standardize reporting from multiple vendors and produce digital dashboards (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
Project Management:
- Lead project management activities for wellness and data analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of all project stages, meeting key milestones.
- Work cross-functionally with wellness leadership to set strategic agendas, focusing on population health management and cost outcomes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Wellness and Benefits leadership team, to ensure alignment on analytics and reporting needs.
- Handle employee and vendor queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure that data and analytics standards are met.
Governance & Data Processing:
- Manage and design the reporting environment, ensuring data security, quality, and integrity.
-Process confidential data according to established guidelines and compliance standards.
- Maintain existing data ingestion processes and Power BI dashboards/datasets, continuously developing new reporting functionalities in response to business requirements.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide guidance and training to operational team members on effective use of data and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the MI team to share best practices and methodologies, ensuring consistent use of data-driven insights across the organization.
- Participate in APAC insight delivery and lead requirements gathering at client meetings alongside other data analysts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend relevant client meetings and provide data-driven insights for wellness and benefits decision-making.
- Support Pinnacle Performance and Goldman Sachs with other reasonable responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with data management and analytics in a corporate environment.
- Experience with vendor management and project management.
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and the use of data visualisation tools (e.g.,Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience connecting to external data sources.
- Knowledge of SQL, machine learning concepts, and familiarity with R or Python is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated, with a keen interest in the Wellness and Benefits field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate workplace environment, preferably in a data or project management role.
