The Company
Our client is one of the top tier leading financial services firms who is expanding and enhancing their customer experience by incorporating latest technology. They are looking for a System Analyst with solid Claims or eClaims background.
The Role
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Design and implement system enhancements to optimize claims management workflows.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making in claims management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to claims processing.
The Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a focus on claims management.
• Strong understanding of claims processing systems and workflows.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Native or fluent in Cantonese
