Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage integration and customization projects on the imBee product
Lead project planning sessions; manage project progress and adapt work as required
Coordinate staff and internal resources
Engage with the business on user requirements for IT projects
Manage stakeholder relationships, vendors, changes and practices
Oversee all project documentation
Conduct project review and ensure all commitments and deliverables are successfully delivered on time and within the budget
Optimize and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Requirements
3-8 years of experience in software development or
program/project management;
Tech background (such as a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent discipline) and/or sales background are advantages;
Experience in implementing Agile SDLC practices;
Experience in managing outsource software projects / writing codes / serving as architect for IT systems;
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and architecture;
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively;
Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment;
Passion in learning new technologies; self-motivated and fast learner.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

About the Role
imBee is a SaaS product and some of our customers would require customization or integration to streamline their workflow. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to define project objectives and scope, document current and future-state process, document risks and assumptions, and follow through the entire development, testing and implementation processes.
