Key Responsibilities:
• Report to Manager/ Senior Manager of Information and Communication Technology.
• Provide help desk support and guidance to use IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT application and system functionality.
• Arrange and conduct application and system tests to ensure system quality is up to an acceptable level.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare user training materials and arrange regular training to users.
• Document, report and resolve issues reported by users, prepare a monthly service support report.
• Assist to organise competitions and events to promote IT application adoption.
Requirements:
2+ years IT work experience with at least 1 year in technical support or project management.
Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Proven experience in helpdesk, technical and application support
Sound knowledge of IT technical standard, security measures and controls.
Familiarity with application and system integration and testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject domain experts.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Knowledge of digital identity solution or use of API technology preferred .
Knowledge of information security and data protection preferred
The position is on a temporary contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
