Job Description
Responsibility:
Provide Tier 1 & 2 support and solutions,
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades,
Provide support and troubleshooting to ad-hoc request
Configure and implement of network systems
Requirement:
Degree / Higher Diploma of Information Technology or related discipline
hands on experience in Switch and Routing like Cisco/Junpier/H3C
Experience in configuration, operation and maintenance duties relating to network troubleshooting, implementation and co-ordination
Experience in Network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. Azure Log Analytics, Netflow, Splunk, etc.) is a PLUS
Certificates in CCNP is a PLUS
Experience in supporting APAC countries(SGP/JP/Malaysia) is big PLUS
Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with ease
