(Senior) Grant Manager - Art & Cultural Projects

This position will be responsible for evaluating and overseeing donation applications to facilitate the initiation and implementation of projects.

Being an individual contributor engaging with multi stakeholders, this incumbent is expected to:
• Evaluate donation applications and actively engage with applicants throughout the application process, providing guidance and managing administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager to produce accurate and comprehensive grant papers.
• Support in initiating, developing, and executing planning for various projects.
• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to schedules, scope, and budget, while fostering collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough research on social issues to gain valuable insights and support strategic project development.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to the creation of presentation materials, speeches, and other relevant documents.

Successful candidates should possess:
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of professional experience, exposures in NGOs, Government and social service settings are preferrable.
• Experience in community-based projects, particularly in youth development or social services sector, with a strong passion for charity work.
• Agile, strategic, and analytical, along with excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong team spirit.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a must.
