Merchandiser / Product Developer (Trims & Heat Transfer)

J-Long was one of the first authorized and converter of 3M Scotchlite Reflective Distributors in Asia, serving the Hong Kong government market and construction workers in providing safety work wear and innovative solutions for increased visibility.

Now, J-Long is the global leader in developing and supplying trim solutions with reflective or non-reflective garment accessories, which includes heat transfers, tapes, elastics, drawcords, and zipper pullers. J-Long operates factories with R&D and Lab facilities in Hong Kong and China, as well as sales activities in Asia, Northern America and Europe.

We are looking for a Product Developer with details as follows:

Job Duties:
• With Trims and Heat Transfer experience is an advantage;
• Working with overseas vendors / customers closely in product development;
• Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail;
• Responsible for merchandising activities including quotation, order follow up;

Requirements:
• F. 5 or above
• With 2 years of working experience (with experience in the field of garment accessories preferred, but not a must)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Proficient in PC application, especially MS Excel to assist in data analysis
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
