SpiceBox Organics, an organic market & café operating 2 venues and multiple brands in Hong Kong, is looking to fill the position of Marketing & E-Commerce Manager. We are looking for a bright, passionate, and trustworthy individual who is great at keeping organized, multi-tasking, bilingual in English & Chinese, and has an interest in healthy living. This candidate will be an integral part of the business, and should be tech savvy, analytical, and can represent SpiceBox Organics and their sister brand FERM at events.
Tasks will include:
- Support the company with marketing activities which includes and is not limited to strategic partnerships, store events, in-store promotions, brand awareness, and external events.
- Work closely with internal departments to create content for social media platforms, eDMs, Whatsapp, blog, recipe library, and other communication tools
- Establishing and maintain customer databases.
- Assist with flyer, poster, product packaging, and other communication collateral designs.
- Assist with building the company brand in Hong Kong and internationally.
- Proactively look for business opportunities for the company.
- Attend meetings and networking events on behalf of senior management when needed.
- Create and maintain business proposals / company presentations.
- Assist with R&D.
- Assist with Customer Service when needed.
- Secure new wholesale and food service accounts for the company; new business pitches and meetings
- Establish, monitor and maintain the e-Commerce platform to ensure most up to date products and inventory
- Participate in both front-end and back-end development on the e-Commerce / Big Data / AI / Payment Gateway related project
- System maintenance and support of the e-commerce platform
- Report in team meetings on e-commerce sales, marketing objectives and results from advertising campaigns
- Analytical research and analysis of the e-commerce platform
- Monitor consumer behaviours and trends in relation to digital media and e- Commerce
- Deliver performance and web/user intelligence for the development of future plans
- Manage and collaborate with digital agencies and programmers on platform development and campaign execution
- Manage content marketing processes for digital channels
- Research and identify valuable content, and use the verified information effectively to engage target audience
- Researching, writing and editing high quality content, incorporating multimedia aspects (English & Chinese)
- Planning interesting outreach activities to help gain exposure and traffic
- Executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Keeping up to date with current market trends and how to best engage audiences
- Maintain up to date knowledge of wellness and nutrition, and new trends and opportunities for future growth
- Thorough understanding of SEM/SEO and how to apply it to the business

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing / social media / content management - Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience of working with/in advertising/media agencies
- Experience in social media and digital content development and management
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and optimization
- Knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics etc.
- Passionate about health and wellness, nutrition, and F&B trends.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in market/consumer data and trends, KPIs
- Knowledgeable in marketing, media and business management
- Experience with site management on WordPress platform
- Strong writer and public speaker
- Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
