Location: Shenzhen, Hongkong, China (you can be based in Hong Kong but the work location is Shenzhen)

Job Content and Responsibilities:
• Focus on cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, network intelligence, broadband communications, new networks, circuits and systems, intelligent computing, media and interaction.
• Conduct relevant research and promote innovation in these areas.
• Collaborate with the scientific research team, including doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows, to cultivate scientific research talent and promote academic development.
• Responsible for the application of research topics and writing scientific research results, including publishing high-level papers, patents, and standards.
• Participate in the design, development, and technical documentation of R&D projects.
• Complete other scientific research tasks assigned by the laboratory.

Qualifications:

Education:
• Master's degree and Ph.D. in related fields including, but not limited to:
• Artificial Intelligence
• Computer Science and Technology
• Electronic Engineering
• Communication Engineering
• Information Systems
• Microelectronics and Integrated Circuits
• Applied Mathematics
• Physics

Scientific Research Achievements:
• Representative scientific research achievements in the candidate's area of expertise.
• High-level articles published in internationally renowned journals or conferences in the last five years.

Experience:
• Research experience in well-known universities or scientific research institutions.
• More than three years of relevant R&D experience in:
• Computer networks
• Routing protocols
• Broadband communications
• High-performance computing
• Intelligent systems

Technical Skills:
• Familiarity or proficiency with routing protocols (e.g., MPLS, SDN, BGP).
• Proficiency in the TCP/IP protocol family and mainstream development languages (e.g., C++, JAVA, Python).
• Expertise in high-performance computing, network intelligence, and related technologies.

Other Requirements:
• Strong independent research ability.
• Good teamwork spirit.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and document writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Overseas academic background, especially candidates with more than three years of postdoctoral or team management experience at foreign universities or scientific research institutions.
• Candidates with leading patented technologies or important scientific research achievements.

Remuneration & Research Support:

Annual Salary:
• 100，000US$ for ordinary positions.
• More internationally competitive salary packages for particularly outstanding candidates, depending on qualifications, scientific research achievements, and academic influence.

Research Funding:
• Eligible researchers can apply for a special research grant ranging from 80,000-1.8Million US$ to support in-depth research projects.

任职要求：
• 学历：硕士及博士学位，人工智能相关专业包括但不限于人工智能、计算机科学与技术、电子工程、通信工程、信息系统、微电子与集成电路、应用数学，物理等。
• 科研成就：在个人研究领域具有代表性科研成果，近五年内在国际知名期刊或会议上发表过高水平文章。
• 经验：具备知名大学或科研机构的研究经历，或在计算机网络、路由协议、宽带通信、高性能计算、智能系统等领域拥有三年以上相关研发经验。
• 技术技能：部分掌握或者熟悉路由协议（如MPLS、SDN、BGP等）、TCP/IP协议族及主流开发语言（如C++、JAVA、Python等）；掌握高性能计算、网络智能等相关技术。
• 其他要求：具备较强的独立科研能力和良好的团队协作精神，以及出色的沟通协调和文档撰写能力。
• 优先条件：具备海外学术背景者优先考虑，特别是在国外高校或科研机构拥有三年以上博士后或团队管理经验的候选人，以及拥有领先专利技术或重要科研成果者。
