Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning to stay abreast of industry advancements
Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to address complex business problems and enhance product capabilities
Conduct feasibility studies and assessments for AI-powered features in products, providing technical insights and recommendations.
Explore and experiment with new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve the organization's AI capabilities
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training, ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI models
Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
Stay current with ethical considerations in AI development and implement responsible AI practices
Document research findings, methodologies, and codebase for knowledge sharing and future reference
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or STEM related field
Proven experience in AI research and development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Machine Learning, Python and knowledge of popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing
Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI deployment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good command of Cantonese and/or Mandarin
