Responsibilities
Develop outstanding digital strategies for clients
Actively participate in new business pitches and preparation, submission of agency award entries
Build a successful relationship with new and existing customers
Provide strong leadership & direction for your team to deliver growth for your clients
Nurture your team to ensure they demonstrate the highest level of performance are maintained
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree or above, preferably in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Journalism and/or related discipline
At least 4 years of solid project management experience in digital marketing
Good business sense, target-oriented and strong client engagement
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results
Demonstrate sharp, strategic, critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Strong leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong numeric and analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of research data
Immediate available is highly preferred
