We are bridging the gap between traditional hiring and actual software performance. Instead of selling resumes, we benchmark talent against the realities of modern software building. The Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to architect the iuvius Intelligence Engine, a proprietary simulation platform designed to assess the real constraints of modern engineering.

Architect the Simulation: You will design high‑fidelity coding environments that mimic real‑world coding simulations.

The Technical Standard : You will act as the primary gatekeeper for our network. You define "What Good Looks Like" for an AI‑Augmented Engineer.

The AI Workflow : You will pioneer new ways to measure how a candidate prompts, iterates, and debugs with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to ship 10x faster.

The Profile
• You are a Builder: You have shipped complex products from 0 to 1. You don't need a Jira ticket to know what to do next.
• You are "Senior+": You know that real engineering is about maintenance, debugging, and trade‑offs, not just writing new features.
• You are an Owner: You are looking for high‑upside equity and revenue share, not just a paycheck.

The Offer (Founding Team)
• Equity: Significant Founding Partner stake (Vested based on milestones).
• Royalty Share: Direct commission on every engineer placed via the platform you build.
• Contract : Competitive project‑based stipend (Pre‑Seed Stage).
