APAC DevSecOps & Cloud Architect (Consultant)

About the Role

Keyrus is looking for an APAC DevSecOps & Cloud Lead to join our consulting team and support a major financial services client in Hong Kong.

This role will lead cloud strategy, DevSecOps transformation, and migration initiatives across the APAC region. You will work closely with senior technology leadership to drive cloud adoption, platform modernization, and secure DevSecOps practices in a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute APAC cloud strategy aligned with global transformation initiatives

• Lead migration of legacy workloads to hybrid / internal cloud platforms

• Design and implement DevSecOps toolchains across the SDLC

• Deliver hands-on cloud infrastructure projects (compute, networking, storage, security)

• Work with engineering, architecture, and vendor teams across APAC

• Drive performance optimization and cloud cost management

• Ensure compliance with financial industry security and regulatory standards

• Communicate delivery status, roadmap, and risks to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

• 10+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

• 5+ years leading cloud or DevSecOps initiatives

• Strong experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift

• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Ansible, Terraform, Jira

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native platforms

• Experience working in regulated environments (banking / financial services preferred)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
