Company Description
Our client is a fast-expanding retail business with multiple brands in Hong Kong. Headquartered in Hong Kong. To cope with the business needs, an opportunity of Chief Executive Officer is raised for the right candidate to join and lead the team for business operations.
Responsibilities
• Lead the existing sizable team with thousands' staffs.
• Report to the Business Owner and lead all the business functions including operations, marketing, supply chain, HR and finance.
• Manage and have ownership of the business P/L.
• Review, establish and implement the business strategic and marketing plans.
• Review the current man power and develop the suitable resources allocation plan.
• Develop new business ideas with execution plan for market expansion.
Requirements
• University graduate in business or related disciplines is preferred.
• Strong sense of business ownership.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to cope with the business owner and the existing teams.
• Experience in catering or retail is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
