## Full Description
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in technical support, software development and project management, preferably in AI-powered services or solutions
• Proven, hands-on experience with AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG),agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot and other practical AI-powered solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with databases like Neo4j and MongoDB
• Experience with leading AI development tools is required
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and design effective AI solutions, including Generative AI, NLP and Computer Vision
• Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and their AI-related services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Good project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on technical support and guidance for the deployment, integration and maintenance of AI applications across organisation
• Assist in technical assessment and evaluation of third-party AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and best practices
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to AI platforms and applications, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Collect and analyse business requirements and implement AI applications. Provide operational and technical support, including occasional after hours system support as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of AI solutions
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
