The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving retail sales performance, has strong connection and successful sales record with Supermarket chains, Department Stores, Meat Store and E-commerce buyers, ensuring operational excellence at store level, and delivering an outstanding customer experience aligned with the company’s premium brand positioning. This role focuses on revenue growth, in-store execution, customer engagement, merchandising standards, and commercial performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Drive monthly and annual retail sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs (sales per day, average basket size, conversion rate, margin).
• Implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to increase upselling and cross-selling.
Retail Operations
· Visit buyers and stores to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Maintain high standards of product presentation and merchandising.
· Oversee stock levels and coordinate replenishment with supply chain.
· Monitor shrinkage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
Customer Experience
· Ensure premium service standards are consistently delivered.
· Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues.
· Build loyalty with key retail customers.
Commercial Strategy
· Analyze sales data and provide performance reports.
· Strong negotiation skills on trading terms and propose actions to improve profitability and product listing.
· Collaborate with marketing on retail campaigns and events.
Compliance & Standards
· Ensure compliance with Hong Kong retail regulations.
· Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
· Enforce internal operational procedures.
