Systems Analyst – Core Banking Application

Provide technical support and maintenance for the Core Banking application and related systems
Collaborate with business users and vendors to resolve application issues and implement enhancements
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of banking services
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within banking or financial services
Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, etc.)
Strong understanding of banking operations and transaction processing
Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and system integration tools
Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management processes
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Open banking platforms or microservices architecture
Knowledge of API integration and middleware technologies
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
