About Your Company
King Deux is partnering with a rapidly growing fintech / financial institution with an excellent team and significant career advancement opportunities.You will report to the Group Headquarters HR department, offering comprehensive exposure to all aspects of Group HR work and various business operations. You will also experience extensive involvement in international financial markets, accumulating experience in global asset allocation.
About your role
• Support the rapid development of the business line (Finance/Fintech) from an HR perspective, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, along with talent and organizational development, goal setting, and incentive management.
• Deeply understand the business and industry trends, providing valuable insights for organizational and business decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and refine talent mapping, execute high-quality and efficient recruitment, and maintain long-term relationships with potential high-caliber candidates.
• Ensure the retention of core organizational talent, identify and develop high- potential employees, and strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Establish reasonable goals and incentives to motivate employees and unleash their potential.
• Promote the implementation of corporate culture, facilitate internal communication and interaction, and foster a positive corporate atmosphere.
What you will need to succeed
• Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable university in China or abroad; all majors accepted), with a preference for Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with deep expertise in at least one of the following fields: Finance, Fintech, or Technology.
• Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and communication/negotiation skills, with a rich network and solid industry knowledge in the professional field.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
• Identify with an open and collaborative corporate culture; innovative, willing to embrace challenges, with strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, and self-learning abilities; proactive, responsible, meticulous, diligent, and reliable.
