AI Question Generation for Publishing - Build education publishing solutions with advanced question generation capabilities
Automatic Data Processing and ETL with VLM and LLM - Develop AI SME connection solutions with automated data integration and matching
Multimodal AI & Vision-Language Applications - Deploy video generation platforms, assistive vision applications, multimodal RAG agents, text-image retrieval systems, and real-time visual understanding applications,
3D Spatial and World Models - Develop NeRF-based reconstruction platforms, automate Unity workflows with LLM assistants, build AI XR agents for interactive spatial experiences, real-time 3D applications
Generative AI for Video - Architect end-to-end video generation pipelines with agent-based storyboard planning, integrate state-of-the-art models for image-to-video/text-to-video/lip-sync generation
Requirements
Master’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
8 years developing and deploying AI/ML systems from research to production with no less than 2 years of LLM and VLM project experience - Proven track record shipping AI products from prototype to deployment
Strong expertise in multimodal AI and vision-language models - Experience with GPT-4o, Chinese LLMs, multimodal perception systems integrating vision, language, and sensor data for real-time applications
LLM Infrastructure & Fine-tuning - Deep experience with LLM fine-tuning (LORA), RAG systems for both Chinese and Western models, vector database optimization for retrieval recall, prompt engineering optimization and agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph)
AI Production Engineering & Integration - Experience integrating AI models with databases, vector stores, middleware, and external platforms, robust exception handling, and LLM-VLM system integration
Visual Processing including NeRF and 3D reconstruction - Experience with cloud-based scene generation, mesh synchronization
Data Science & ML Rigor - Strong foundation in feature engineering, model evaluation metrics, statistical analysis, experimental design, model behaviour analysis, and proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SQL, PySpark, CV, LangChain, LangGraph
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
