Merchandiser (Woven / Knit)

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end merchandising duties, including product sourcing, development, and bulk production

Manage production timelines and order follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and factories to communicate order details effectively

Assist in product development to meet quality standards and delivery schedules

Negotiate pricing and source suppliers to fulfill requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and customers

Update and maintain all relevant product data

Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

DSE / Form 5 or above

Minimum 3-5 years' experience

Self-motivated, independent, hardworking. Good attitude with the enthusiasm to grow in their career

Able to perform under pressure

Team player and partner mindset when dealing with internal and external partners

Strong in Production follow up and product development process in a fast-paced environment

Strong, aggressive and strategic negotiation skills

Ability to build strong relationships with the team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Good command in written and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain accuracy in order specifications and quality control

Literate in all Microsoft programs

Willingness to travel occasionally

Less Experience will be considered as a Junior Merchandiser

Salary:

15000 - 26000
