崗位職責
• Respond to business users' inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Resolve technical and operational issues related to ERP applications
• To analysis data and build up various analysis reports
• Assist management in creating training materials and documentation on system applications
• Design and implement test scenarios and test cases
• Execute functional testing, regression testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Report daily projects / tasks progress and status to supervisor

任職資格
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel
• Sound Knowledge of ERP applications, MS SQL, BI, etc.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and adaptive to changes
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate Availability would be an advantage
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
