Analyst, Business Intelligence

Job Responsibilities
• Reporting to Chief Analytics Officer and conduct regular customer analysis
• Support business growth through effective targeting and analyzing customer behavior
• Enhance campaign effectiveness by driving event-triggered marketing programme
• Identify, analyze and interpret patterns in complex data sets to provide business insights

Job Requirements
• University graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Experience in business intelligence analysis or database marketing, preferable in financial sector
• Solid experience in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
• Experience in BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with business and numerical sense
