Internet Security Consultant (HKM1505211212)

One of the Global IT Service Provider that focuses on providing Internet Security service, is now seeking a Network Security Consultant to join their pre-sales team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
• Present the company’s products and services to prospects, customers and partners
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company’s products, and to provide sales support.
• Stay up-to-date with market competition and fully understand product offerings among competitors and highlight product differentiations during sales pitch
• Assess customer’s needs, develop and present sound solution to meet those needs through solution proposal, RFP response and presentation
• Ability to pitch product benefits and set the right expectation to customer during pre-sales stage
• Demonstrate product capabilities through Proof of Concept (POC)
• Provision services for new and existing customers until acceptance
• Manage customer expectation
• Ensure complete and up to date documentation
• Ensure project status is well communicated with operation team

Requirements
• Degree holder in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 10 years IT experience which minimum 5 years in either ISPs, MSSPs, hosting providers, or Internet solution vendors
• Solid experience and knowledge in TCP/IP, IGPs, BGP, GRE and DNS
• Experience in BGP peering/transit routing policy management and tuning
• Experience in planning, configuring and troubleshooting SP networks is preferred
• Experience and knowledge on DDoS mitigation technologies and solutions is a huge plus
• CCIE/CCNP/JNCIE/JNCIP certificate is a plus
• GIAC/CEH/CISSP certificate is a plus
• Sound knowledge on modern Internet technologies and businesses
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellence in project and time management
• Able to travel occasionally to other offices or customer sites
