We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as an eCommerce Specialist. In this role, you will not only manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms but also play a strategic role in analyzing market trends, optimizing product listings, and driving innovation through automation. Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Growth
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and drive platform performance.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies based on data insights.
• Research and test new tools or technologies to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
eCommerce Operations
• Manage and maintain multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) to ensure smooth operations and account health.
• Optimize product listings with compelling content, SEO strategies, and data-driven enhancements.
• Monitor supply chain and inventory levels to proactively address stockouts, delivery delays, or other operational risks.
Performance Analysis
• Review and interpret platform analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.
• Run A/B tests and analyze results to improve conversion rates and enhance customer experience.
Customer Engagement
• Handle online pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction through personalized communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
• University graduate with at least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in eCommerce systems (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI prompting (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok) is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Mindset:
• Curious, innovative, and eager to experiment with new ideas and tools.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
