Job description :
• Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of clinic operations
• Handle administration in daily operation and provide good customer care services and complaints
• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
• Immediately available is preferred
Requirements :
• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• Min. 2 years of operation experience in the clinic operation / medical industry
• Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills
