Assistant Operations Manager, Cash Team

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily client fund deposit and withdrawal requests
• Handle client FX trades booking and funding arrangement
• Handle warrant and CBBC related documentation preparation and submission
• Assist in listed futures settlement processing and related tasks
• Assist in investment portfolio custody services and related tasks
• Handle daily enquiries from internal parties and clients / customer services on an on-demand basis
• Handle system related UAT and enhancement tasks as assigned by the supervisors
• Assist in handling any audit request from internal audit and external parties
• Handle assignments or daily tasks as assigned by the team head from time to time

Qualifications & Requirements
• Degree holder or above;
• Minimum 2-year experience in at least one of the following areas:
• (Client Payment & FX, Futures Settlement, Securities Settlement, Digital Assets operations)
• Good understanding of financial services in general, with emphasis on brokerage business
• Experience in system UAT handling under the capacity as UAT tester, test case preparation is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word processing
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), ability in Putonghua is an advantage
