SEO Account Manager

Job Description:
• Enact as key contact point for clients in SEO based accounts
• Lead and collaborate with clients and junior teammates to drive and execute SEO campaigns
• Strategize and implement executional tactics for on page and off page optimization
• Deliver effective presentations to assist in securing new accounts and to review and retain current accounts
• Maintain close customer relationships through effective communication and client servicing
• Analyze organic data to devise ongoing strategies and provide SEO based recommendations
• Upkeep with organic trends and utilize new tools and technologies to apply organic solutions

Skills and Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ working experience in SEO campaign management
• Solid knowhow on SEO deliverables and task handling
• Well rounded experience in account management and daily client communication
• Strong presentation skills with lead experience in both ongoing client facing and pitching process
• Data-driven thinking and analytical skills
• Working level knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Dragon Metrics, among others
• Working level knowhow on Python and SQL is an advantage
• Working level knowhow in prompt engineering and sensitivity to AI based technology is an advantage
• Written and spoken Cantonese is a MUST; Good command of written and spoken English; Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other languages is an advantage
• Passionate, proactive, and entrepreneurial thinker with ability to problem solve
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
