Responsibilities
• Provide daily marketing administration and operational support for the team.
• Prepare sales documents, proposals, quotations, and handle order processing.
• Maintain the marketing database, including customer information and filing systems, and create marketing presentation materials and brochures.
• Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Assist in regular marketing meetings.
• Facilitate intra-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Support senior management as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks with a detail-oriented approach.
• Perform ad hoc DUTIES as assigned.
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required), PowerBI and English and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
