In this role, you’ll help shape how data is understood, shared, and used across APAC—empowering teams to make smarter, data-backed decisions every day.

Role Summary

Partnering closely with the Data Enablement Manager , you’ll design and deliver engaging training programs that bring data to life—transforming insights into action. Your impact will be felt across every team as you champion a strong, data-driven culture throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Co-create and lead interactive workshops on data literacy, business intelligence tools, and data-driven decision‑making.
• Travel across Asia to conduct hands‑on training sessions that engage and inspire.
• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams—identifying needs, tailoring programs, and driving adoption.
• Develop impactful training materials such as playbooks, case studies, and visual guides.
• Evaluate and continuously enhance learning programs through participant feedback and data‑driven insights.
• Support employees in integrating data thinking into their everyday work.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and share best practices in BI tools and data enablement.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; can translate complex data ideas into simple, actionable concepts.
• Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading trainings is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese ; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
