Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for character and scene modeling. Create high-quality modeling works that meet project requirements by combining personal aesthetic and creative ideas.
2.Proficiently use modeling tools and strictly follow the PBR workflow to complete the whole process including model, UV, and texture production, ensuring details and texture quality.
3.Proactively communicate with project requirements, put forward reasonable optimization suggestions based on personal ideas, efficiently complete modeling tasks, and cooperate with the team to promote project implementation.
4.Maintain modeling standards, keep up with new technologies and styles in the industry, take the initiative to improve professional skills, and help improve team creation efficiency.
Job Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in art, design or related fields are preferred.
2.Experience: Around 5 years of relevant experience in 3D modeling, proficient in Western cartoon style, with mature modeling works for presentation.
3.Skills: Skilled in 3D modeling software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, etc.), proficient in character modeling and scene modeling, and familiar with the PBR workflow.
4.Personal qualities: Excellent aesthetic ability and innovative thinking with original design ideas; highly proactive and responsible, able to complete tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Senior player of Nintendo game series (such as Super Mario Odyssey, Splatoon, etc.) with research on their art style.
2.Basic hand-painted texture skills or ability to create tiling textures using Substance Designer.
3.Experience in successfully launched Western cartoon style mobile games or PC games is preferred.
