The Opportunity
• Sour Mango AI is looking for a versatile, senior-level Full Stack Developer to lead the build-out of our digital products and client services. We don't just write code; we architect intelligent systems. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire stack—from cloud infrastructure and database design to web and mobile frontend development.
The Tech Stack
• Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework
• Frontend: React.js, Tailwind CSS
• Mobile: Flutter (Dart)
• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Docker
• Database: PostgreSQL
Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Development: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using Django and React.
• Mobile Innovation: Build and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter that deliver a native-feel experience.
• System Orchestration: Containerize applications using Docker and manage cloud deployments on AWS to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Database Management: Optimize PostgreSQL schemas for performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• AI Integration: Work alongside our AI team to integrate LLMs and machine learning models into user-facing products.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain clean, well-documented codebases.
What You Bring to the Table
• The Full Spectrum: You are equally comfortable debugging a complex SQL query as you are refining a UI component in React.
• Production Experience: You have a proven track record of deploying live applications to AWS and managing the full CI/CD pipeline.
• Problem Solver: You don't just follow tickets; you look at the product vision and suggest the most efficient technical path to get there.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about learning and implementing the latest AI technologies.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python and the Django ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter for production-grade mobile apps.
• Deep understanding of Docker and AWS services.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (indexing, migrations, and optimization).
