IT infrastructure and security Manager

A leading global asset management firm with a diverse portfolio of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments. The company operates across multiple international offices and manages significant assets globally.

As the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment. You will oversee both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, including server management, network operations, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide deskside and backend technical support for IT infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online and on-premises).
• Manage cloud infrastructure (virtual desktops, disaster recovery, identity management, and storage solutions).
• Maintain on-premises server infrastructure, data backup, and hybrid cloud synchronization.
• Monitor daily secure file transfers for critical data.
• Implement cybersecurity measures (Penetration Testing, Darktrace, SentinelOne, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Nessus, KnowBe4).
• Oversee unified communications, Wi-Fi, routing, and switching.
• Maintain server room operations, environmental controls, and office security systems.
• Work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, preferably in the financial sector.
• Certifications: ITIL, cloud administration (e.g., Azure), networking (e.g., CCNP), and security (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
• Experience with financial platforms and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
