Develop and implement a variety of social service innovation and digitalization projects to address social needs and service pain points independently;
Manage project budgets, resources and timelines by ensuring efficient allocation and utilization to meet project output & outcome KPIs;
Collaborate and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including funding bodies, strategic partners, co-organizers and other collaborating units from different sectors in professional manner;
Identify and assess emerging technologies and trends that have the potential to drive service innovation and assist in proposal formulation and pitching;
Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Degree holder in relevant filed (e.g. Social Work, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications/Marketing, etc);
Strong understanding of social needs and service pain points and passionate for driving positive change through innovative solutions;
Excellent skills in project management, data analysis and outcome evaluation;
Mature communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
Open-minded and self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks;
Proven experience managing social innovation projects, preferably with a focus on technology-driven solutions
