Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and implement solutions that streamline and automate business processes. The Power Platform Developer Associate will design, develop, secure and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse. This role requires strong technical expertise in building custom business applications, integrations and automation workflows to enhance organizational productivity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps applications tailored to business needs.
· Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate workflows and integrate systems.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
· Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom connectors.
· Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
· Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimization of existing Power Platform solutions.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
· Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, connectors, and data sources.
· Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integration.
· Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and data modelling.
· Familiarity with Power BI and other Power Platform components is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
· Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.
Preferred Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
· 3-4 years of experience in platform development.
· Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification.
· Experience in automating workflows for finance, HR, operations or similar business functions.
· Background in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
