Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Associate who operates at the intersection of business and technology.
This role supports the CEO and cross-functional teams in growth activities, market research, proposal development, and interactions with R&D and product stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is not purely administrative, they must understand technology enough to communicate value to clients, partners, and internal teams.
This position is suitable for someone with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Commercialization Support
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation for clients and partners.
Support go-to-market activities, customer development, pipeline tracking and CRM upkeep.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to AI, smart city, railway, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
Technical
Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
Support the CEO in tech commercialization activities, pilot project coordination, and partner communication.
Help structure feedback loops from client discussions into product features or development priorities.
Operational & Strategic Support
Assist the CEO with operational tasks related to growth, partnerships, demos, and investor or government-facing programmes.
Prepare reports, briefing documents, and progress updates for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-Have
1–2 years of work experience (not a fresh graduate)
Background in business, engineering, or tech-business disciplines
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good command of English
Experience working in or supporting a tech-driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Exposure to AI, engineering, geospatial, robotics, IoT, or R&D-driven industries
Experience in customer-facing, sales, business development, or commercialization roles
Familiarity with HKSTP ecosystem, innovation programmes, or government-funded R&D environments
