Beauty Med-spa Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Provide professional consultation to clients, so to effectively promote suitable aesthetic treatment packages
- Achieve and exceed sales target
- Provide high standard of customer service
- Day-to-day counter management, eg answering enquiries though email or phone, following up on appointments.

Requirements:

- Suitable candidate should have minimum 2 years’ relevant sales experience from service industry such as aesthetic, spa, beauty, retail, or healthcare
- Knowledge in skin, body and hair removal treatments
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Basic PC skills
- Positive attitude, self- motivated and willingness to learn.
Languages: English / Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus
