Role Purpose
Initiate and implement business development plans for designated channels and/or client segments to ensure the achievement of team sales and new business profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement annual business development plans that compliance with internal control procedures and company requirements
• Oversee the team in selling and/or providing sales support to channel partners and fclients
• Ensure all-rounded services to channel partners and/or clients in establishing and operating MPF and ORSO
• Formulate and implement annual marketing plans on the channel partners and/or new client segment
• Explore and cultivate new channels or sources of clients and build and maintain relationships with senior contacts of channel partners and clients
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve departmental goalsTrain and coach team members in both product and sales skills
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry
• Holder of relevant SFC license or pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent)
• Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Examination
• Sound understanding of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) & Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO)
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
