Quality Assurance Engineer / Specialist

Responsibilities
• Assist QA Manager in developing the quality management system and processes
• Maintain quality management system (QMS) which includes document control, change control & risk management system, etc.
• Assist in developing the quality standards, guidelines, test methods and inspection checklists
• Handle product complaints and returns related to product quality and follow up on customer feedback
• Coordinating and administering testing to ensure compliance with global markets
• Liaise with internal team, factory and 3rd party lab on sample evaluation, sample checking and testing reports review
• Review and comment the sample with development team during R&D process
• Work on problem solving acticely with test lab, suppliers and customers
• EValuate and maintains the vendor qualification program
• Conduct production visits and arrange on-site review of production line

Requirements
• DSE / Form 5 or above
• Solid experience in quality assurance, preferably in the household appliances / Lighting products
• Familiarity with factory approval processes, quality control procedures and testing protocols
• Knowledge of requirements for electrical / Lighting products
• Understanding of Technical File requirements and Electrical Safety Directive, suhc as LVD, EMC, CCC ETC.
• Familiarity with RoHS and REACH regulations
• Familiar with QMS / ISO / Auditing system
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office software
• Good time management, detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independent
• Willing to travel to China
