Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform sales approaches and operational improvements.
• Help maintain and update customer databases and assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Support daily operational and various admin tasks in training center, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing documents, receptionist duties, exam proctoring etc.
• Participate in internal streamlining projects, apply new technology to current workflow, enhance efficiency.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• A current student studying in any discipline at a post-secondary institution
• Willingness to learn and fascinate about new technology
• A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a sense of responsibility and punctuality, and have a proactive attitude
• A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
