*Play a key role to develop and execute the sales plan in the local market based on the company strategy
• Represent R-S to discuss cooperation details, reach regional sales target with potential and existing sales leads.
• Provide daily business support and manage the business relationships with selected clients. (including sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out)
• Provide exhibition or bidding event support for clients if needed.
• Work with HQ team to establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to clients. Monitor actions and results against plans.
• Build local business networks and generate regular market reports,
• Timely report local clients’ business performance and requirement change to the HQ team.
• Achieve monthly KPI required from the HQ.
• Accomplish other tasks on an as-needed basis.
