Your Role
• Lead the strategic development and enhancement of cybersecurity managed services and Security Professional Services solutions.
• Define and drive the product vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies to support business growth and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape the positioning and differentiation of cybersecurity offerings.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle: from ideation and planning to commercialization and post-launch optimization.
• Develop pricing strategies, service provisioning workflows, and product positioning frameworks aligned with market needs.
• Monitor product performance, conduct business planning, and ensure continuous improvement through customer feedback and operational reviews.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments to enrich the cybersecurity product portfolio.
• Mentor product team members and contribute to cross-functional leadership initiatives.
To Succeed in This Role
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of product development/management experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity.
• Solid product knowledge in driving security technologies, solutions and managed services
• Proven track record in developing and launching managed security services and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Relevant technical experience or certifications holder (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+) is a plus
