Technical Designer

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed technical packs, including garment specifications, construction details, and measurements.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to create initial samples, review samples for accuracy against tech packs, and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct fit sessions, analyze fit samples, and make recommendations for adjustments to achieve the desired fit and style.
• Act as a liaison between design, production, and vendors to ensure clear understanding of design intent and technical requirements.
• Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all technical documents, including revisions and updates.

Role requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical design or apparel development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
