They are expanding their AI and creative technology division and are seeking a talented AI Prompt Engineer to help shape the future of generative AI in media, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Role Overview
The AI Prompt Engineer will design, refine, and test prompts for AI systems (text, image, and multimedia) to generate high-quality creative content aligned with brand voice and entertainment themes. This role involves collaborating with writers, creative producers, and marketing teams to optimize AI outputs for scripts, visuals, and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts to produce creative, accurate, and brand-aligned content.
• Collaborate with creative teams to experiment with storytelling, dialogue, and character-driven narratives using AI.
• Maintain prompt libraries and documentation for various content types (text, image, audio).
• Analyze model performance and make iterative improvements based on data and feedback.
• Stay up to date with AI tools, model updates, and entertainment technology trends.
• Support the integration of AI-generated content into marketing, publishing, and media production workflows.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and creative-thinking skills.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering, content generation, or creative AI workflows.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as GPT-based models, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and interpret project requirements effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of storytelling, fandom culture, and digital entertainment trends.
• Experience working cross-functionally between creative and technical teams.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script) is a plus.
Technical Proficiency
With hands-on experience using various AI video generation and production tools, including:
• LLMs for Pre-Production: Proficiency with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Doubao for script and storyboard generation.
• Text-to-Video Models: Experience with Kling and Veo for high-fidelity text-to-video capability.
• Post-Production: Skilled in using CapCut AI for intelligent editing and visual effects (VFX) generation.
• Pipeline Management: Familiarity with tools such as OpenClaw and Seedance to streamline the entire cinema-quality video production pipeline.
Contract Details
• Type: Remote, project-based contract
• Duration: Initial 3–6 months, with potential for long-term extension based on performance
• Working Hours: Flexible, aligned with major project milestones and team meetings
• Eligibility: Open to candidates residing in China and Hong Kong with strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
